Being 'Elite'

These are what you need to know if you want to belong to the Successful Elite class.

# Tactics in life should give way to Principles. Life is so simple, stop making it complicated by applying the 'manipulative tactics'.

# Base your life on 3 core  values: Integrity, Respect, Responsibility.

#Drop Arrogance. Be humble enough to understand that even for a veteran, Ideas bring fresh perspectives.

# Believe in you.The only difference between ordinary and extra ordinary is the 'extra'. You are what you 'Think'.

# Always remember, ' Will is important than Skill'.

#Above all, be Trust worthy, radiate Trust and look for Trust. No matter what , you will be successful, because 'Trust' is the most powerful of all words.

# Success starts with you, here, now!

Divide and Fool -On Telengana

A good majority might call " Potti Sriramulu "  the 'Father of Regionalism in India', but in reality it is the weak leaders who succumb to such pressure tactic's, are the one's to be blamed. Had Jawahar Lal Nehru been a leader enough to take a bold decision , an India divided on linguistic basis , burdened by Regional politics and coalition government would have been a distant dream. All who argue that the move to divide India on linguistic basis could be justified on the grounds of 'Culture Preservation' and 'Ease of Administration',  should remember one fact that India is a land which boasts equality and equality for all the 1652 dialect speaking citizens of India mean an India divided into more than 1000 fragments which is obviously against the view of  an easily administrable territory, even if you forget the challenges each fragment is going to pose towards national integration.

The UPA II is now repeating the same mistake with it's decision to grant a separate 'Telengana'. It is extremely sad that the union government took the decision with only on coming lokhsabha elections in mind.If the government had any intention of sorting this matter peacefully, it would have first took an initiative to sort out the problems associated with splitting a state, like decisions about state capital, dividing the water resources etc. If we allow UPA to wash her hands off the blood that will soon be shed on the issue following this irresponsible act, sooner or later we will see statues of Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan singh adorning the streets of all major cities of India, just like Jawahar Lal Nehru is smiling at us now. Again , 50 years later there will be people who will blame it all upon Chandrashekar Rao. No one would then remember the fact that current UPA government , totally left it for the next government at the centre to make any major decisions regarding splitting up a state.

Every educated Indian is aware that tax money from entire Andhra was used in transforming Hyderabad into the metro that it is today and is not a fair deal to leave the new state to build from scratch. With so many on-going disputes as example's including Kerala-Tamil Nadu fight over Mullaperiyar issue, one can only call it a careful carelessness from the part of central government to not take any decisions regarding sharing of water resources from Krishna & Godavari between the two new 'to be formed' states. The current UPA leadership is to be held responsible for all the regional tensions and bloodshed that are soon to follow this extreme blunder.

What the Government should do now is exactly what should have been done in the case of Bal Thackeray and MNS. Why hesitate now, when there are no hesitations regarding Maoists? Aren't both threat to National Integration? Or Does it says so in constitution of India, that 'Bigger Sharks' should be allowed to escape?

Rise-oh-rise, those of you who wore black dots for the 'Delhi Girl' ,Come change your Facebook dp's for a united Andhra!

Read the inspirational story of  Jithendra Nalvade on Malayala Manorama's 'Sunday'. I now feel pity at myself for wasting away the immense opportunities, that God have blessed me with. This man's story , again spits on my face, the simplest of Facts, 'No other way to success than Hard-work '.

Jithendra Nalvade is currently living in one of Mumbai's most Luxurious colonies. He may not be the richest , may not be the most famous, but what I find so special about him is from where he began. Currently the owner of a firm that have a turnover of 25 crores, he began his journey to success in the streets of the Great Old Bombay and that too, when he was a 10 year old. Starting with the shocking revelation that his father married another women on one fine morning, while he came back home with his mother after visiting his maternal grandparents, my 10 year old hero goes through a series of Hardships, which would have destroyed me,' the 21 year old ,strong young man '. His mother becomes mentally weak after the emotional and physical torture that she had to face from her husband. Having been deserted by his father, the boy and his brother goes to his uncle, and is tortured there for 6 long years. Even the Idea of waking up at 6 'o' clock is a nightmare to me, and that is exactly the reason why I salute this Man, because at that age, this guy  went to work at 2.30 AM, covering about 90 Km's on a bicycle  everyday as a part of his work! This man, may not be a multi-billionaire like Anil or Mukesh Ambani ,But I respect this man , because he is 'Self Made'!

Hoping to put up a better show from today. The Idea that is bugging my mind today is '"Work-hard ,and success will definitely follow". Feeling so inspired having read the story of a man who built it all by himself, with raw hard-work.
